At Yoga Rotorua, we are dedicated to building a strong local yoga community to offer people the opportunity to experience the wide range of benefits that yoga has to offer. We currently run regular weekly yoga classes with a great choice of yoga teachers.

Sarah's classes incorporate the physical stretching and strengthening aspects of yoga, using the breath to assist with movement. These classes are great for runners, bikers and people want to keep being active and doing what they love.

Gentle hatha yoga suitable for beginners and those who want to take an explorative approach to asanas (postures). The class also includes an introduction to pranayama (breath work), concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation. ​

Hatha yoga classes for everyday health, wellness & ease.  These classes are suitable for people new to yoga, and with experience of yoga.  Each 1.5 hour class includes: flexibilities (warming up), poses (asana), breath awareness, and relaxation.

For 25 years, natural health and yoga have been a passion for Nilamani who now teaches SoulShine Yoga.  SoulShine Yoga is a powerful practice that simultaneously and systematically brings healing to every part of the body by combining rhythm, mudra, stretching, breath, mantra and dance in one enjoyable, spiritual exercise routine.

Suzanne is a dedicated Pilates and Pole Fitness instructor.  Specialty certifications include corrective and post-rehab exercise.  The PoleTonic workout combines pilates, strength and dance movement with focus on posture, flexibility and balance.  It is a workout for every BODY! And it’s FUN!

Hatha yoga classes adapted for all levels and physical limitations.  
​Nadine's classes focus on creating the flexibility, strength and body awareness needed to rebalance the body and create stillness of mind. One hour classes ending with guided relaxation/meditation.

We are always on the lookout for inspiring yoga teachers and related disciplines to join our team and share our beautiful space.  We can accommodate up to 20 yoga students in our space and we have yoga mats, blocks and other equipment available for use during classes and workshops.
