Ann Esler

Ann teaches gentle hatha yoga classes for everyday health, wellness & ease.   

These classes are suitable for people new to yoga, and with experience of yoga.

​Each 1.5 hour class includes:
  • Flexibilities (warming up)
  • Poses (asana)
  • Breath awareness
  • Relaxation.
