ANN ESLER
"Yoga became part of my way of living during my early 20's. All it took was one class."
During 1999, whilst completing the IYTA (NZ) Yoga Teachers training, Ann started hosting yoga classes for those working in not for profit organisations in Rotorua. She has been teaching yoga ever since. Offering affordable classes, to enable anyone interested to experience yoga, is her focus. Offering yoga in ways that empower people to listen to their body, and work with it with kindness and mindfulness, is her goal.
"Yoga is part of nurturing ourselves to build confidence in who we are and in what we have to offer to the world. In taking time for ourselves we build our resilience and grow our skills in caring for, and being in relationship with others and the world we live in."
Ann teaches gentle hatha yoga classes for everyday health, wellness & ease.
Her classes are suitable for people new to yoga, and with experience of yoga.
Each 1.5 hour class includes: flexibilities (warming up), poses (asana), breath awareness and ends with relaxation.
Casual visits welcome!
