Sarah LeiSarah's classes incorporate the physical stretching and strengthening aspects of yoga, using the breath to assist with movement. These classes are great for runners, bikers and people want to keep being active and doing what they love.

Ann EslerHatha yoga classes for everyday health, wellness & ease. These classes are suitable for people new to yoga, and with experience of yoga. Each 1.5 hour class includes: flexibilities (warming up), poses (asana), breath awareness, and relaxation.
