At Yoga Rotorua, our goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone who would like to give it a try, whether they have been practicing for many years, or if they have never done yoga before. There is a good chance that we have a class to suit you, either at our place or yours.

Our regular weekly class offerings include hatha yoga, yoga for active people (RunYoga), pregnancy yoga and pole yoga, taught by different teachers.

This is ideal for people who have never done yoga before & would like to give it a try. It is also suitable for people who have tried yoga in the past & are keen to give it another go.

We can put together a customised session for your staff at our studio, or we can come to you. This can be a one-off or a series of classes.

If you would like to include a yoga session as part of your upcoming special event, we can provide an experienced teacher and the equipment to suit your requirements.

As well as yoga, we can also offer mindfulness sessions, tailored to your specific requirements. We can also incorporate yoga and mindfulness in one session.

If you would prefer to work one-on-one with your own personal yoga teacher then we can arrange this and use our studio space, or come to your place.
