Introduction to Yoga
During the second term of 2021 we will be running a six-week series of classes to introduce new students to the benefits of yoga.
This is ideal for people who have never done yoga before and would like to give it a try. It is also suitable for people who have tried yoga in the past and are keen to give it another go.
The classes will be held at Yoga Rotorua on Mondays evenings from 6:15 - 7:15pm and will run from Monday May 31st to Monday July 5th. The cost for the five-week series will be $89.
The six classes will be taught by six of the different teachers at Yoga Rotorua, giving participants the opportunity to experience the unique yoga teaching styles of each of these teachers.
The Introduction to Yoga Series provides a unique opportunity to experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga with a variety of teachers. These courses are very popular and spaces are limited so please take the opportunity to register if you want to be involved.
