Introduction to Yoga
During the second half of each term, we will be running a five-week series of classes to introduce new students to the benefits of yoga.
This is ideal for people who have never done yoga before and would like to give it a try. It is also suitable for people who have tried yoga in the past and are keen to give it another go.
The next series will be held at Yoga Rotorua on Tuesdays nights 7:30 - 8:30pm and will run from Tuesday 28 February to Tuesday 28 March 2023.

Each class is hosted by a different teacher, giving participants the opportunity to experience the unique yoga teaching styles of each of our teachers.
The Introduction to Yoga Series provides a unique opportunity to experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga with a variety of teachers. These courses are very popular and spaces are limited so please take the opportunity to register if you want to be involved.
