Sarah is a passionate runner who believes that "sport is a great metaphor for life". Yoga has helped her take on some amazing running and life challenges and she loves sharing the journey with others who want to step things up a level in their running, yoga and life.
Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching yoga since 2013. She completed her Yoga Teaching Diploma with the International Yoga Teachers Association in 2014.
Sarah's yoga classes are great for sportspeople who want to get stronger, stretch out and take time out for some relaxation. Sarah's classes are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogi's.
Sarah has spent the last few years developing her yoga teaching and business skills by working with Yoga Business Coach Amy McDonald. She has also taught active movement for the elderly, mindfulness in schools and is currently a tutor for the IYTA Yoga Teacher Training Diploma.
Sarah started Yoga Rotorua in January 2018 to provide a hub for the Rotorua yoga community and a great space for people to experience the joys and benefits of yoga.
