Yoga with an Accent
Mixture of styles of yoga, from Europe, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Come try something different! Every lesson will start with slow motions to get the body ready, then we will continue with stretch postures, dynamic sun salutation, balance positions and finally relaxation to close our hour and half with. Doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or pro you will be leaving with a good feeling like you worked hard.
Over the years Karin has learnt different styles of yoga while visitng countries such as, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe. She enjoyed teaching the elderly rehabilitation yoga for 2 years along with hatha yoga for younger more experienced individuals.
