Relax & Release Yoga
In winter-time, the days are short and the nights are long. The weather can change rapidly and is often cold and unpleasant making it hard to get outdoors and to find time to do the things that we normally enjoy doing. There are lots of nasty viruses around which can throw us off-course and also affect our physical and emotional well-being.
At Yoga Rotorua we have a special yoga class designed to nourish you and help you deal with the challenges of winter. We have a lovely venue that is warm and cosy no matter what the weather is doing outside. During the class we will make use of a range of yoga props to allow you to relax and release and enjoy a restorative yoga practice.
