Make time for you.....
We all know that life can be hard work, but sometimes it comes with more challenges than we expect. When we are responsible for another human being 24/7, its easy to neglect our own needs. If we don't prioritise our own self-care then it's hard to be the best Mum that we know we can be.
In this Mindful Mums class we will use the tools of Mindfulness and Yoga to help you to reconnect with yourself. Mindfulness is all about "noticing or paying attention to what is happening in the present moment with kindness and curiosity" and it can help us identify unhelpful thought patterns and move towards a more positive mindset. Yoga helps to strengthen the connections between our physical body and our mind so we can recognise when things aren't going so well and take action to address this.

The Mindful Mums class will be taught by Sarah Lei, who is a Mindfulness in Schools Facilitator and Yoga Teacher. Sarah also has personal experience of the challenges of parenting as she has three boys aged 7, 10 and 12.
