Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. Whatever you do in your life Kundalini Yoga helps you to be better and more conscious at it. Kundalini Yoga is an eyes closed practise and its effectiveness is in reducing the heavy nature of that that we carry in our subconscious minds, contributing to feelings of anxiety, low mood, tiredness, and sleep disturbances.
In November 2018, we will be offering a Kundalini Yoga Workshop at Yoga Rotorua, taught by an experienced practitioner. This workshop is as much for a beginner as a long time yoga student. It is a yoga for the householder so is for anybody. Flexibility is not essential and should not deter you from an experience of this practise.

This workshop will be taught by Debbie Karl. Debbie is a Kundalini Yoga teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan and a Practitioner of Chinese Medicine. Debbie brings a fusion of wisdom from these two traditions.
